Yes, users can download Win R.A.T Puzzle for free. However, it contains in-app purchases in order to play the puzzles.

For the interim period, Download is ONLY available for Android users through the Google Play Store.

No, Win R.A.T Puzzle app requires an internet connection to play.

You can ONLY use this app on smartphones.

There are currently 3 levels in Win R.A.T Puzzle.  Level 1 features a 9-piece puzzle, Level 2 consists of a 16-piece puzzle, and Level 3 presents a 25-piece puzzle. 

The rule is that one credit grants you access to play for one calendar day, spanning 24 hours from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Within this duration, you can play multiple times. Each play session starts at level 1 and progresses through levels, concluding at level 3.

As you engage in the puzzle play, you will observe a timer running. Upon successfully completing all three levels, your total time record will be showcased on the Leaderboard page alongside your ranking. You may also check the My Profile page and your e-mail for vouchers received.

All users signed in to our Win R.A.T Puzzle app can access the Leaderboard page, regardless of whether they have enrolled in the puzzle solving challenge. 

You cannot choose to pause the running timer. If you are forced to pause, you may pick up from where you left off, but the timer continues running. However, if you tap on 'Recent' on the phone navigation bar and close all, the app will automatically restart the puzzle, starting from level 1. 

Win R.A.T Puzzle offers fresh daily puzzle solving challenge. Each day brings a new and unique puzzle image, ensuring that players never encounter repetitive content. 

Win R.A.T Puzzle app offers an engaging puzzle-solving challenge where players must purchase credits to participate. For pricing details on credits, please refer to the app. Additionally, Win R.A.T Puzzle provides a unique platform called the R.A.T Store, where players can utilize their discount gift vouchers to purchase authentic Japanese Anime Figures. 

All players of Win R.A.T Puzzle are eligible to receive our discount gift vouchers. Simply purchase credits, play, and complete all three levels of the puzzle within one calendar day, and you will automatically be rewarded with a 15% discount gift voucher. This discount is offered to players who are playing without entering a  referral code. 

As for players who have entered a referral code, they will be rewarded with a 25% discount gift voucher after completing all three levels.

Additionally, players who solve the puzzle in the shortest time duration will be honored as the Winner of the day and will receive our exclusive 95% discount gift voucher. 

Players who win more than once in the same month will receive a 50% discount gift voucher for each additional win instead of the 95% discount.

Moreover, during festive seasons, we offer other special discount gift vouchers of up to 35% for every participation.

These vouchers are valid for 7 days only from the date of issuance, applicable for a ONE time use only, and for the purchase of ONE toy. 

These vouchers are not to be sold, non-transferable and non-exchangeable with other players.

The Win R.A.T puzzle-solving challenge app provides a Leaderboard platform to enrich players' experience. Here, players can easily view scores, engage in friendly competition with friends, share their achievements on social media platforms, and compete with players across the nation, fostering a sense of community and nationwide challenge. Additionally, stay tuned as Win R.A.T will soon be available in several other countries, promoting international challenges and expanding the global puzzle-solving community. 

1. If you encounter any technical difficulties during the R.A.T Store purchase process and your payment fails, rest assured that your voucher will be automatically reinstated. This allows you to reuse the voucher for your purchase without any inconvenience. 

2.  If you've completed a transaction successfully but received a payment failure notification from our payment gateway, please take a moment to review your app's credit status and your email inbox. The error could be attributed to unstable internet service during the transaction. 

3.  If you choose to uninstall and reinstall the Win R.A.T app, rest assured that all data related to your credits, scores, purchases, and vouchers will be updated. However, please note that this process may take approximately 30 minutes to complete. 

At R.A.T Store, voucher codes are not required. Our system operates on a first-in, first-out basis, automatically adjusting pricing based on the vouchers received. 

No, you cannot use multiple vouchers to make a single purchase. Each voucher is only valid for a one-time use and for the purchase of one toy. Accumulated use of vouchers is not allowed according to the terms provided. 

At R.A.T Store, the pricing operates on a first-in, first-out system. This means that the price you see initially is based on the first voucher you received. This price remains until either the voucher expires or you make a purchase. Once you use the first voucher or it expires, the pricing automatically updates to reflect the second voucher in line, and so on. 

Order processing typically takes 1 to 7 business days, as noted in the order confirmation email sent to purchasers.
