By accessing or using our website and the WIN R.A.T PUZZLE App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the website and the App.
By downloading, installing, using, or making any purchase within the App, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.
Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal entertainment purposes.
Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App. Any unauthorized use may result in the termination of your license.
You must be 15 years or older to use the App. If under 15, you require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes in accordance with Malaysian law. You also agree to avoid harassment, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior toward other users of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must also ensure compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws while using the App.
User Content: Any content you post within the App must comply with our guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Third-Party Content: Certain icons or design elements, such as Phosphor Icons, are used under their respective MIT license. All third-party content is used according to applicable license terms.
All logos, mascots, and brand assets of Win Smart Sdn Bhd are original creations developed with the expertise of external design professionals. AI technologies may be used to animate or enhance these assets, but the underlying designs, creative direction, and intellectual property remain fully owned by Win Smart Sdn Bhd.
Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our brand assets, logo, or mascot without prior written permission.
All intellectual property rights, including graphics, content, and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior permission.
R.A.T Store: The R.A.T Store offers original anime figurines and collectibles supplied by authorized vendors. Access to the store is available to registered users who have signed in to the platform. Products may be purchased at standard prices, and eligible users may use applicable R.A.T Vouchers to enjoy discounted rates, subject to voucher terms and availability.
R.A.T Vouchers: R.A.T Vouchers obtained by eligible users can be used to get discounts on R.A.T Store items. Voucher benefits, validity periods, usage limits, and eligibility requirements may vary by campaign or voucher type. Unless otherwise stated: Each voucher is valid for one (1) item only. Vouchers are time-limited and expire if not used within the stated validity period. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please refer to the applicable Return and Exchange Policy for product-related matters.
Puzzle Challenges: R.A.T Vouchers grant users access to all three (3) levels free puzzle challenges. To unlock additional rewards or discounts, users may be required to complete all three (3) puzzle levels within the allocated access period. Access duration and reward eligibility vary depending on the voucher or campaign and are subject to applicable rules.
Special Discounts: Users who successfully complete all required puzzle levels may become eligible for additional rewards or discounts for use in the R.A.T Store. Apply to one (1) item only unless stated otherwise. May not be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.
Collaborative Rewards: From time to time, R.A.T may offer rewards or discounts in collaboration with third-party partners. These may include, but are not limited to, food & beverage, entertainment, or digital-related offers. All partner rewards are subject to the respective partner’s terms and conditions, availability, and redemption rules.
R.A.T Tournament: R.A.T Tournaments may be organized by campaign creators during specific dates and times. Participation requires a valid Creator Code and an eligible voucher. Tournament mechanics, rewards, and eligibility requirements are determined by the applicable campaign and may vary.
R.A.T Travel: Win Smart Sdn Bhd. does not provide airline services and does not act as a travel agent or booking platform. Any travel-related reward offered is limited to discounts only, apply to one-way airfare only and are limited to eligible destinations as determined by the applicable campaign and displayed within the App. Winners are solely responsible for arranging and booking their own travel. Upon verification that the winner’s name matches the name on the purchased airline ticket, the management team will determine the applicable reimbursement percentage, which may range up to a specified maximum under the applicable campaign, and notify the winner via email or WhatsApp. Any approved reimbursement will be credited to the winner’s account within seven (7) working days.
Purchases, including physical items, are non-refundable but may be exchanged under the conditions stated in our Return and Exchange Policy. Ownership of purchased items is transferred once payment is completed. Shipping or handling fees may apply.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in product details, pricing, or offers without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is". We will not be liable for any damages from use, inability to use, or reliance on the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Win Smart Sdn Bhd from any claim or liability arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Malaysian Arbitration Act.
